I had previously toured Arrive University City late last summer in the hope of moving there, but unfortunately I was transferred out of the area and was unable to. Excellent location, friendly staff and maintenance people. Brittany was wonderful to work with and was extremely attentive and professional. She was happy to explain charges and fees in detail and to resolve any issues.
During my two-year tenure in this apartment complex, I resided in a spacious unit with an exceptional view. The maintenance team, led by Aaron , Ray and RT, provided exceptional service. The leasing staff, including Natasia, Fatima ,Zarrea, and Jay, were also highly professional and received a commendable rating of three stars. Regrettably, the current building manager and the overall appearance of the building have fallen short of expectations ( zero stars).
