I was abroad for a couple of months, yet I was still being charged for water, electricity, gas, and other utilities for my OWN unit, even though no one was living there. These charges don't make sense. Well at least they tried to fix the problem .. I will re-rate if the issue is solved next month.
Robert came out on the holiday to fix my AC and was fantastic. Professional and patient. He'd already come the day before for the same issue, and when it came back he showed up again without hesitation. Really appreciate especially on a day off and the outside is crazily hot
