This was the worst experience ever. Moved from the UK, lost two months rent. Took forever to try and rectify. Poorly managed, had to move out after only two months of living there. Avoid at all costs! It really is shocking!
Since new management has taken over we can tell the difference in service. Mail delivery such as Amazon no longer being dropped off at the office. We've already had one issue with packages missing. The parking garage is poorly managed, non residents or even cars that probably are not paying for spots are constantly being let into the garage by other residents. We have been living here for 2 years now and have contemplated renewing but really don't want much to do with the new management company and cannot wait for the lease ... read more
Great location, friendly neighborhood, nice managerment.
*see post on my page* constantly having to deal with invasion of privacy without any reason or proper notification. Absolutely unacceptable.
The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors more than you like. Is 4am and for the 30th time already I had to knock on their door and ask to stop the loud music and talking. Management doesn't do anything about it, and this sucks.
I've been living in Terraizo Apartments since a year after it was built. My two Chihuahuas and I love living here. We have one of the very large units with a wonderful view to the west of the South Loop. Everything is top notched from the fixtures in the well maintained kitchen & baths to the Roof Top Sun Deck!! The Management staff and Maintenance crew have always been available for any emergencies or just to change a lightbulb.
