The living here is luxurious and gives residents access to alot for the value. Rooftop pool, grill, computer lounge, 24/7 gym, street and basement level parking garage. Really just an awesome place to live
I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s probably the best community I’ve lived in. The staff is great, the amenities are upgraded (gym and computer lab) with a rooftop that has a great view of the city. Probably the best value for the space in the south loop.
the new management company has made great improvements, the front office and maintenance are very attentive.
This is a building where everyone is friendly. The managing staff is always efficient and accommodating. The Leasing Manager, Shena Taylor, is consistently helpful and is always very professional. She is wonderful! The Maintenance staff led by Kevin ,is quick to respond, and the work that is done is great. I have lived here for five years, and am very happy.

I love the community and the building is actually one of the lower priced communities in the area for all of the amenities we receive. I would love if we had a room to rent out for parties, showers, etc and a business center.
The location is in the middle of everything you could possibly need or want, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the loop. The leasing office and maintenance staff go out of their way within a timely manner to accommodate our requests. Arrive of south loop is constantly updating and renovating to provide us with the most up to date and convenient state of the art facilities to make our a home as homey as a rental can be. Highly recommend taking a look at a model to rent today.
