RecommendedI really like this community. The staff is always so responsive and kind. The residents here are also so nice. The area is also really nice too- this is in walking distance to Harkins and a mini desert hiking/ biking trail. The only issue I have encountered is the parking. Sometimes there is no parking available. They are trying to create solutions though such as put vacant signs on open garages and car port spaces which has helped.
I am a vendor for Arrive North SCOTTSDALE. It is easily one of my favorite properties and I have never had anything but great experiences while there. Both Lauren and Ashley have been nothing but courteous and helpful and we easily tackle any issue as a team. I have yet to experience someone in a less than positive or happy mood while there. Highly recommend.

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live here with fiancé and kids and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with trails."
I just really enjoy living here @ arrive North Scottsdale. We have had a complete facelift @ our complex. It look like a country club & the office take care of our needs always on a timely basis. We've lived here for nearly 3 years now and we've always felt safe, comfortable, and respected. The location is fantastic, the area is pretty quiet (although lately there's been so much going on that there's almost always noise outside. Hopefully that will die down soon), and the new upgrades have been awesome (looking at you, gym). Our only complain is how long the gates have been open. The area is very safe so we haven't experienced any issues, but it's unfortunate that anyone can come into the property whenever they want.
Our community is super quiet and safe. The staff and management team are great! Would definitely recommend living here!!
We absolutely love Arrive! We have been living here for two years and have loved our time. The office staff is very friendly and quick to accommodating to your needs. Maintenance is very helpful and timely. The amenities are amazing- not to mention all you can drink coffee all day every day! :) The neighbors are also very friendly and we’ve never had any noise problems! I highly recommend living at these apartments!
