RecommendedI am a New resident here at Arrive, and I absolutely love it here. The complex is always clean and welcoming. The units themselves are also beautiful and newly renovated. Getting set up and filling out all the paperwork with made incredibly easy for my roommate and I. Jasmined at the office is a saint! She was so helpful with getting everything in order and she has an incredibly friendly personality. Looking forward to living here!
We have been a resident since July of 2019 and we have loved living here! We actually talked to Jasmined today in the hopes of transferring to a different unit and she was so helpful and professional. Geronimo and James are great with maintenance requests. Apartment living is not perfect but Arrive North Scottsdale is worth it for my little family and I! -Joanna O.

Jasmined in the front office was beyond amazing! She was so helpful and patient and worked so hard to make sure all my needs were met with a unit. She was personable and had such a great sense of humor and an ability to make me feel as if I was already home. I would recommend this beautiful complex to anyone and highly suggest they talk and work with Jasmined.
Arrive is a well maintained and beautifully landscaped property. The leasing office team is friendly and is quick to respond to requests. Maintenance requests have a very fast turnaround. The bbq’s are great for grilling and the club house amenities are clean and modern. All in all, a family atmosphere in a resort like setting.
Management is excellent and community is small. They hold events that are always fun. Good gym and grounds are well kept. Thank you!
I love living here. The property is safe and always maintained. Everyone is friendly and the area is great for kids and pets. The sunset view rocks and anything you need is a close distance away. This is exactly where I want to be.

Terrible place to live now! Sad!!! Just don't and save yourself the headache. I have lived here since 2010. The management changed hands about a year ago and it went to crap. This is the last straw. Since I have lived here for the past 10 years the pool/hotub is open 24/7. Last night my husband and I sat outside trying to open the gate at 930pm in our swimsuits. I cant state the number of things i love about this apartment. prepare for a lengthy post(TL;DR at bottom) because this is the best apartment complex i have ever lived at! and i have lived in apartments all my life! my girlfriend and i have been living here the past 4 months and the apartments are super nice. they have been working very hard on upgrading the apartments even further.
