Today at the Banner Hill complex, from 9:40-10:45 am, a resident and an animal became stuck in an elevator that shook and then dropped, scaring those inside. The resident used the emergency phone to alert them that there was an emergency and they said it would take ONE HOUR for a technician to come... while there was a fire station around the corner. Great neighborhood. Close to good bars and restaurants.
I just moved in to Banner Hill after looking at many apartments in the downtown Baltimore area. It's a great building, especially location-wise and amenity-wise. Hoping to find some neighbors that want to play tennis, shoot pool, and enjoy the area.
