This is in response to the last review. The patient is mixing several appointments up into one. She was not given oral sedation the same day because the office has to order the sedation for each patient. Lie #1 fixed. Lie #2 when a patient has a poor history with paying their other bills, we do not take their word that they are going to pay us. My experience happened about four and a half years ago. My daughter had just been diagnosed with stage four colon cancer but encouraged me to go ahead and take care of my teeth. I was told I needed to pay $500 up front (before knowing what was going to be done) because the "Dr." would only have me as a patient that day. He had someone else there as well as a repair person for his machine to make teeth. I had filled out a paper because he wanted to see if I qualified for Care Credit. Dr. Arrington really messed up my mouth. He placed the wrong type of implants in my mouth drilled and sawed down my lower front teeth. The one tooth that he placed on the implants are loose and move around in my mouth. The lowest estimate I've gotten to fix his mess is more than $30,000 and that is at UMC other dentists I have seen in Jackson dont want to touch it.
I got two crowns in the front,a bridge with three teeth made in his office all broke apart costing me another $8000.00 money hungry. The teeth made in his office are of inferior materials will fall apart don't spend your money there.
I had two crowns replaced and during the entire visit I was asked often how I was doing putting me at ease. Great Doctor and super assistant.
I've had four visits and everything has gone smoothly. The staff has been pleasant and easy to work with. The office is clean and so are the exam rooms. No complaints from me!
Needed a repair and everyone at the office - including the Doc, were so wonderful and helpful... totally recommend them.
Dr. Arrington is a great dentist. He is patient and takes the extra time so that you can discuss issues and option concerning your teeth. Every single visit has been fantastic with absolutely no complaints.
I had good experience. Dr. Arrington is very patient and nice, professional, explained every step he is working on and what he will do for next. Love them.
