Craig did a complete and thorough inspection on a hone I was going to buy and rehab. I had some ideas on the house and some bids for work to be done from previous owner that were things (issues) that needed to be resolved. Main expense was the cracks in the bricks and home needed to be lifted and put back into proper place where home had shifted. The cost was over $7000 by 2 professional complained that do so. Criag was awesome. He came out in below freezing temperatures to inspect my being built house. He explained what he found wrong while we were walking through the house. He answered any questions I had and never treated me like I was a dumb female. So glad we used him.
