I have no complaints of the installation of my generac . All work was done in a timely manner. The installers new exactly what to do. Two ground wires were not connected and they were out the next day after I contacted them. I would highly recommend them for any installation of a generator.
This is the company to use! Our 24kw Generac was installed in August of 2025. The entire ARP team was great; A**** **** ******* ***** ***** *** **** are all pros. We considered other company's before making our selection but I am happy it was ARP. Thanks!
ARP Electric and Power Systems at 1277 E. Schaaf Road, Brooklyn Heights, OH 44131 installed our 14kW stand-by home generator in May 2024. ARP just installed a *******Generator. They were on time, work diligently and consistently. They were very respectful and took time to explain and made sure I understood. We lost power that night due to storm and the generator came on and I had power. I highly recommend Andy and his staff if you are looking for a generator.
After numerous attempts to repair our Generac generator and well over $1000 the owner came out to repair it. He spent an incredible amount of time trying to get it to start replaced numerous parts and said it was good to go for about two months. It started on its own, doing its preventative maintenance and then with crank and crank, but not start, I let it go all these months, because occasionally on a very rare occasion, it would start after numerous attempts. They they had replaced the out start PM switch but it would time... read more

I am the owner of ARP, and I spent a great deal of time working on Mr. ***********generator. It was a very difficult and intermittent problem. When I left the unit was operating normally. Unfortunately, Mr. *********never called us back to let us know that he was unhappy and that there was still a problem. I certainly would have made things right. I've been in business for 28 years. I run an honest business and I care about all of our customers. We have sent *** *********a full refund.

I had 3 techs (Justin,Rob,Chuck) arrive promptly to replace & install new AC unit . They were professional , knowledgeable & efficient. They were patient & and answered all my questions. They had covered all the floors ,cleaned & hauled away all debris . It was spotless . I attribute their high work ethic to ARP’s owner, Andy, who sets the example by providing quality work & high expectations , I also want to mention ,Celine from his office that was patient & instrumental in obtaining a fair proposal . I have used ARP Heating and Air Conditioning since moving here in 2003. My first experience with Andy was at 3:00 am in January of 2004. I woke up at 2:00am and could see my breath in our new home. I called the hang tag on the furnace for another large HVAC vendor who prides himself on customer service and got an answering machine.
