had a unit with them for 3+ years. the door was always super hard to get open, and the dust seal at the bottom was worthless so everything in the unit was always covered in dirt and grime. the worst is that i called to cancel my unit after i moved out and the guy on the phone was like just don't pay your next bill and they'll automatically cancel your account. i told him i didn't want to do it like that, i didn't want to end up with late payment fees and potentially get sent to collections and he told me that's not how it wo... read more
My unit got broken into only 5 days after I moved in. The deal they give you for move isnt for 1 month. Its probate for whatever day is left after 1 month. Cops also tpuld me its the most frequently plbrolen into unit in the town. Whatever you do don't go here.
Worst storage place in town leaky storage roof rat problems and worst customer service I have ever received seriously try any other place
