Food is mediocre and owner is a cheapskate. He rents out houses behind his restaurant and leaves them scummy and dangerous.

I've been going here for years. The last time I went was with my mom and daughter and it will be my last. I don't know what was happening, it wasn't that busy. We went inside and waited to be greeted and seated. Then a couple came in after us and for some reason the hostess seated them before us. So we assumed maybe she didn't see us or something, but then again we were completely ignored and the same hostess seated a guy who clearly just walked in.
