Finally found a honest plumber. He found the problem and corrected it then called back to make sure everything was running fine. would recommend and would use again.
Thank you so much for your prompt response to my Mother in laws blocked drain. I appreciate the courteous employees I spoke with, when inquiring about when the technician would arrive. Especially when they were running behind on earlier jobs and still came out Late in the day. Looking forward to Around the Clock being able to complete the job, with new drain lines to the septic tank. I am so thankful to have found a Plumbing Company that we can call on.
Amazing experience! I Had called a well known plumbing company for a broken hose spigot outside that was spraying water. Waited almost all day and they still couldn’t even tell me when someone could come out. Was then recommended around the clock plumbing instead and they had someone here within two hours of calling and the job completely done with an hour for WAY less than I was expecting! Excellent customer service and will def call them for any future plumbing needs!

If you are assigned a plumber named Mike, beware. He is rude and did not show up to a scheduled appointment and was not even going to bother to call and inform me. The reason was because he had to get enough sleep. When you value your sleep over your job, you can be replaced!! I hope he is!! And he didn't even apologize. My advice is to ask for a different plumber. * The manager called to apologize and was very nice!!
Arthur has been my plumber for over 13 years. I found him on Craigslist when He was just starting his company. He was a one man show back then. Now he has a full crew and several trucks!! I’ve had the pleasure of working with James, Paul, Adam, Glen and a few others. I am so proud to see his growth and to see that he is the same humble person I met back then. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
We called AtCP today to come out for a water leak. Tanisha (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so nice on the phone and had a plumber out faster than I could have imagined. Mark showed up within 15 minutes and pinpointed the leak almost immediately. He was professional and genuinely a nice person. Our water was up and running again in no time. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially for a weekend call. While I hope we don't need a plumber again, if we do we will definitely be calling Around the Clock again. Thank you ... read more
