They don’t take their safety seriously or they’re driving around town seriously, I was almost ran into by someone of their staff that didn’t wanna stop at a stop sign. I proceeded to call the manager and she had the attitude as if she wasn’t gonna do anything so here’s my review about the situation. She didn’t ask me for nothing else not my number not my name. Nothing she just said oh I’ll take care of it, dear yeah sweep under the rug.
I recently had screws and rods removed my spine and Around the Clock was referred to my home. I was told by the surgeon upon discharge they would send a nurse to my home to assess the incision and do a dressing change a week after. I was a sent a physical therapist. That's ok, I guess, she was stocked up on dressing supplies so I assume this is a thing for them. I had my own bandage provided by surgery department so she only needed to use her cleaning solution. The people are nice. But watch out when they ask you if they can help you do anything else in your house because they charge for everything and don't tell you about it. Then when you try to explain that you weren't told there was extra charges they ruin your credit. It's probably best not even a mess with these people they really don't help with much.
The seal your money... Don't use
I have nothing but praise for ATC. Every single person we dealt with was wonderful. I was being seen 3 times a week by nursing and twice a week by PT. Everyone showed up when they said they would and were so kind and caring. I had several emergencies where we had to call them unexpectedly, once late at night, and they showed up with no issues. I highly recommend ATC. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Care was exceptional.
