I’m not sure the owners are aware of what’s happening, but someone comes out to this area every day and puts cat food out. I’ve also seen a company vehicle with the same logo as this business show up periodically, and someone gets out and dumps cat food all over the ground. This has been an ongoing problem. We’ve asked that they please stop, but it continues. The food attracts mice, roaches, birds, and even more cats. Jessica, our wound care nurse, did an amazing job caring for my mom over the past four months. She was compassionate, attentive, and always treated my mom with kindness and respect. Her professionalism and dedication gave our family peace of mind, knowing my mom was receiving excellent care. Every nurse or LVN who have came by to do my wound care have been so AMAZING.
The “manager” or “boss” is rude and unprofessional and teaches her office employees to be just as childish, they hate helping when you call them and ask for help, they make it clear you are an inconvenience to their day. I wouldn’t recommend if your looking for employment. Plus they drive around Bakersfield very crazy which i’ve seen as well as people in these reviews, this shows they don’t care about safety, sadly.
While I did not personally receive services from this company, the conduct of individuals publicly representing this organization raises serious concerns about its hiring standards and professionalism. Multiple individuals who appear to be affiliated with the company have posted inappropriate and unprofessional social media content while clearly displaying company identification or work credentials.
