The technician was rude and unhelpful. Instead of fixing the issue, they just suggested replacing everything. I felt pressured into paying for services I didn’t need. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Second time using this company’s services in a year period. Can’t say good enough things about this business. First of all, it’s a family owned establishment and companies like that would try to keep their ratings high since they have a lot at stake.
