I recently needed some patchwork done to some Drywall in my rental property, Me being an 71 y/o elderly Woman w/ no family must hire someone, for the most simple of things. This was at most I would think a 400.00 job; seeing that drywall supplies are cheap. This Guy quoted me at $355.00 promised the job done within a week.
