I couldn't be more grateful for Arosa; specifically, I am grateful for Lisa Lam, for all the support, responsiveness, and caring that Lisa has provided for me and for my mom's care. After a surgical error left my 93 year old mom in the hospital for a month, she needed 24/7 care when she returned home. Lisa put together a team, has responded with shift and billing issues, and in general, has been a support contact I could not have survived without.
