On August 19 2925 was my 72th birthday a very close friend from New Jersey ordered flowers. They were friends since they were 12 years old. Stood filled the order when the flowers were delivered it was poorly received the vase was dirty they didn’t wash the vase prior to adding the flowers. The flowers were old dirt and dried the ferns summer flowers were dead on arrival carnations roses sunflowers dried the same evening. Just because it was an online order and a gift this company should in good faith and refund .
Great reliable and fast customer service. Had to change delivery time last minute and was very easy to get in contact and coordinate it.
