Placed Togo order by phone told 10-15 minutes and I got there in 10 minutes. Paid for my order waited 10 more minutes at the counter and when I got to my truck opened my container and my food was DRY, SOGGY & COLD.. The bar area(where you go to get Togo food) well the bartender literally went to go smoke after I paid and I’m guessing that’s why my food got cold because she left. Anyways so disappointed never again.

Poor experience ordering thru Grubhub with this Arooga’s. Showed my ordered was being worked on but never came. Called the restaurant and spoke to a very rude hostess. Will not be using their services anymore.

I ordered the honey BBQ wings.. when they came out (food took forever) I took a bite of my wing and almost passed out from how HOT they were. I don’t eat anything spicy for medical reasoning and I sent them back and the waitress said “oh yeah we’re out of the bbq so the kitchen prob just mixed some sauces together for you”!!! Not once did anyone ask me if I wanted a different flavor or that they were out of it and the bartender said she knew they didn’t have the sauce. Aroogas was empty. 15 minutes to get a beer. 45 minutes to get food. Not even the full order. Witnessed kitchen staff leave the kitchen with food and sit in the restaurant and eat it. Then return to the kitchen. Unbelievable.

Food was not as good as the other times I’ve been there 😏
