I went in for a DoorDash pickup order, and I got there about 10 minutes later after I accepted the order. It was a larger order, so I was figuring that I’d be waiting a few minutes more than what I should be. When I walked in, 3 of the employees were talking to each other and I was barely acknowledged. We usually love Arooga’s for takeout but our most recent experience was incredibly subpar. All of our sauces were missing, breaded boneless wing-type meat was used in the chicken tacos, and the cheesesteak had a regular hoagie roll instead of the Amoroso roll. The tacos were barely edible between the meat and lack of any type of sauce - no flavor at all. Very disappointed - if I would have picked up the order directly I probably would have complained but we got delivery via DoorDash.

Ordered takeout. our food was beyond cold and took about an hour longer then we were told it would take. Priority at pick up was to Grub Hub, Uber Eats and Doordash drivers. Oh yeah and they were serving beer to people waiting. I’m certain ALL the area restaurants would love to do this too.
