Made an appointment and informed them of my insurance information at the time that I made the appointment. They told me that they would call to verify benefits and let me know the day before if there were any issues. Never heard from anyone so I showed up for my appointment as scheduled and they turned me away because they don't accept my insurance. They need to get it together. What a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional. Not even an apology from the front desk staff.
I have been going to Dr.Aronson for over 22 years I have also seen Dr. Rosenthal they are both great doctors, kind and friendly and very good at being caring doctors which is rare these days. I agree once in a great while I have waited for a call back and never received it but I try to understand that they will forget sometimes so I call back.
