RecommendedReally need an "undecided" option They had a good reputation so I bought a pair for my Audi A8 thinking they would at least last 3-5 years. The originals lasted 10. Only took 4 months for one to leak and Arnott told me the supplier had to honor the warranty which took two weeks to sort out. So far I am not impressed with the quality or the cost involved in the instalation again.
Bought a set of rear shocks for my 2002 Cadillac Escalade with 81,000 miles to replace my leaking original shocks. They arrived today and I installed them and they work perfectly. The air pump use to run for 20 seconds or so after start up and then intermittently during a drive. Now, on start up maybe 2 or 3 seconds and then never hear it again. I'm impressed with the company and the product. Thanks Arnott.
I bought from Arnott air suspension and compressors in value over 30 000USA and sell it in my country.. I have about 10 reclamation. I send it to them and they do not give me new. They said no warranty. I have all photos of that broken parts, It s almost new, few days old before they broke. On all compressor they say warranty 2 years, but they do not have any warranty. They always find reason not to send other. I have problem with New compressor for R class. They are expensive without quality.
They say liftime warranty but always find reason and do not give any, I have rear air spring for Audi A6 C5 and it s broke after few days.
Very bad support in Europe.
Purchased the coil spring conversion kit for our 06 Denali. Rides great. You will need a coil compressing tool which you can rent or get on loan from some auto stores.
