I have been a patron of this business since it opened a few years ago and have always enjoyed its food and tea selection. However, it has never been a friendly place. It has always seemed to be inconvenient for counter staff to take your order and they are simply unfriendly. I’m not a demanding customer but these folks have no idea how to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. They need to do a much better job or I’m just going to stop coming here!

Arnold's is absolutely AMAZING, the menu, location, atmosphere and vibes exceeded my expectations. It definitely brings a sense of Renaissance to East Ohio St with its vanguard aura of great things to come.
As soon as you walk in, it’s a peaceful and welcoming vibe! Customer service is great and I would definitely recommend for a nice place to enjoy yourself and take a cute photo shoot ;))
I just really like it here. I've been starting my days here pretty consistently these past few weeks. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. I'm not much of a tea drinker but the coffee's good too.
