Dr. Tracht should not be in the business of treating children. He is mean and grabbed my child's face and shook it because he couldn't tolerate her crying. She is special needs. Disgusting that he advertises he is special needs friendly when he is not. WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!!

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was so nice to arrive and see completely qualified staff members. This place has a great staff and I'll definitely be going back. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

When my now 13 year old son was 3 I took him to my dentist (no longer my dentist) and the hygenist was so hard on his gums and so unfriendly he was scared of going to the dentist. I called Dr. Tracht's office upset and they were wonderful. My kids LOVE going to the dentist -the staff is warm and friendly and they know how to talk to and treat kids. I drive from Waterford now that we moved and would drive hours for this dentist - they are FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist for their chil... read more

I have two daughters ( ages 14 & 9 ) and they ABSOLUTLY love going to Dr Trachts office........its extremely relaxing and most importantly the staff is GREAT!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Tracht (and his colleagues) are wonderful pediatric dentists. My two children have seen him since we moved here 5 years ago. They have never complained about any pain, they are distracted during any procedures with games and music. The assistants that sit with them while waiting for the dentist are kind, caring and patient. The office is bright and cheery, the receptionists are friendly. Amazing facility and personnel. I was referred by my sister who thinks Dr. Tracht is amazing. The first time my son visited the office, he was 5 and needed a root canal. As soon as he went to the back area (all open, no walls) he was given a gameboy and told to pick out a game. This is how they relax the kids, they distract them with video games (very smart!) For every procedure (x-ray, etc.) my son was able to choose a little trinket (very small toys). He came out with a full bag and all smiles. The office staff also handle... read more

Staff works well with patients.It Seems like the dentist doesn't make time for parents and frowns on them being in back with their child. Unaware of parents time! Runs over and makes patients wait to long in chair for treatment. My child had to be numbed twice, the first time he felt like he wasn't numbed right or he waited to long before starting on my child. Staff is great with being aware of time managment, but Dr makes them wait for him.

The office staff is very courteous and are great with the kids. The dentists themselves are very arrogont and are not parent friendly. The office encourages you to stay out front while your children are being treated (they frown on you asking to join the child in the back). The office is very efficient, though at times you feel you are in a production line.
