I had a great experience at my appointment. They were able to get me in as a new patient the next day after I had called. They took me back within 5 minutes of my arrival, everyone was very nice, professional, and the office is very clean and welcoming. I had my first appointment today and I LOVED it. The staff is so nice and helpful. They got me in within 24 hours and I can’t thank them enough. There are TVs on the ceiling so you can look at something other then the light while your laid back in the chair! I haven’t seen a dentist in over a year and I was terrified to go... my hygienist was SO nice and I didn’t feel awkward or bad about not being seen for so long. Arnold Smiles is awesome! Friendly, thorough, clean, high tech and fast!
Hubby just got home from an emergency crown repair. He was a new patient and Arnold Smiles was able to get him in within 24 hrs. Took less than two hours to rebuilt the tooth and set the temporary crown. Staff was very friendly. Paperwork was super easy to fill out online ahead of time. Office is immaculate and modern (even has TVs on the ceiling!) We have a new family dentist office! A+++
