The office was so nice, clean and up to date. Dr. Fasanella was so sweet and gentle. I will be making this my permanent dentist as they squeezed me in for a visit when my regular dentist couldn't.
Arnold smiles was great. Staff was very nice.
Arnold Smiles was wonderful today with myself and my two year old. I was very hesitant to go to a dentist after I had a traumatic experience somewher else and they eased all my worries.
Can't say enough about this place! The staff here is absolutely wonderful, accommodating, and understanding. They always answer any and all of my questions and show general concern. The actual office is awesome everything is so updated and new. I love coming here and will continue to refer friends and family throughout the years.

I was denied an appointment for my son who is needing a filling. I was told, "We have been referring kids to Cardinal Glennon and SLU." I called this office due to the overwhelming responses of great things customers have said. 5 stars were noted all across the board on multiple things such as cleanliness, knowledgeable staff, and most importantly GREAT WITH KIDS...all reasons I called this office. All of the staff at Arnold Smiles make your dentist visit pleasant and easy!! I could not be more pleased with the care my young daughter recieved during dental work she recently had. Everyone made her feel comfortable and showed they cared!! A truly great experience!
