In my opinion, Indifferent, arrogant, and unprofessional. Quick to blame others for her mistakes. Went septic; almost died.

I agree with other patients - office disorganized and bathroom dirty. Wait time was long. Unnecessary tests, in my opinion. She recommended surgery plus a hysterectomy conducted by a friend. By then I was leery and asked politely to get copies of the test results to get a second opinion. Her response to that was unprofessional and alarming. Also she very reluctantly agreed to test me for kidney stones after all her tests. I did nothing and all my symptoms went away - probably a stone.

I had a wonderful experience with my coaptite injection to correct my incontinence . I would definitely recommend her to my friends. It's nice to find a female urologist who empathizes with our needs. I saw newspaper articles from Washington post framed on her walls about the research she's been part of for prostate cancer. She is old school and her office hasn't been updated recently but her skills were great. I'm a new person without worrying about wetting myself in public situations!

I was referred by another Urologist to have Dr. Arnold conduct some dynamic Uro-testing. In summary, my experience with Dr. Arnold and her staff was outstanding! Dr. Arnold was very personable, sincere and a consummate professional. Based on the nature of my testing, I must admit that as a 58-year old male, I felt a little uncomfortable when I first arrived and wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Arnold and her staff made the entire experience go better than I could have imagined! Thank you.

Dr. Arnold operated on me with another gynecology doctor she works with and I have never been the same. I am still incontinent, even worse than before surgery, I keep getting bladder infections since I can't empty my bladder well enough and I have so much pain I can't have sex. Dr. Arnold says the problem is due to the Gyn doctors apart of the surgery and the Gyn says the opposite. Their answer is another operation...maybe, but NOT by them. Do your homework and go elsewhere.

I was impressed with Dr. Arnold. You can tell a good doctor by how they talk to you, how they listen, how thorough they are. Dr. Arnold is kind of an old school professional. She asks a lot of questions and listens to the answers. She is thorough and conscientious. Even though the doctor population subset is composed of very smart people, it is apparent that she is at the top of that subset in terms of intellect, inquisitiveness, problem-solving motivation.

I have never waited so long in a doctor's office in my 40+ years. Every time I went, I sat in the waiting room at least 55 minutes, then in a gown for at least another hour +! The office staff was childish, and the office itself was FILTHY! The bathroom had BLOOD on the floor, and URINE EVERYWHERE twice! I had to refill the toilet paper once, and tell them there was no soap. Dr. Arnold spent 99% of my visits sharing how exhausted she was working alone with no partner. Three times was enough.

My experience with Dr. Arnold was excellent. She was very professional, informative, attentive and patient. I saw her over the period of a year and a half . During my time as her patient she was very thorough and she listens. Ultimately I had the Green Light Laser Surgery performed by Dr. Arnold. I noticed an immediate improvement after surgery with no complications. I would strongly recommend her as an excellent physician!
