Would not recommend, doesn’t like to answer questions. I think deals with older patients and likes that nobody questions her. Don’t like her bedside manner.
Such a nice doctor. I had emergency surgery and Doctor Arnold and her staff have been awesome during this very scary time. I really appreciate it Doctor Arnold!
Excellent! Kind, caring and explained procedures well. Had minor surgery which corrected issues.
I have been going to Dr. Arnold for at least 10 years. She is a wonderful doctor. She always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and is very caring. Great bedside manner!. The only negative comment is sometimes there is a wait to see her past your appointment time, but I think that is because she spends as much time as is needed to explain everything to her patients. I try to make my appointments early in the day to avoid that. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold if your in need o a neurologist.
I found Dr. Arnold to be caring, thorough and attentive. She took a lot of time with me explaining what was going on and how she could help. There was no wait time in the lobby or exam room. I look forward to working with her and her staff again.
Horrible. 2 hour wait. She spent 30-45 mins with other patients and I got the "bums rush" 10 minutes of her time.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PHYSICIAN! SHE IS NOT ATTENTIVE AND HER OFFICE IS IN DISARRAY! ON TOP OF THAT YOUR AVERAGE WAIT WILL BE 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR AND A HALF!
She's takes advantage of others for money.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. 4 other patients and I are waiting at reception over an HOUR & A HALF and we still haven’t even been acknowledged. This practice is extremely sad because she’s taking advantage of the elderly because they have no where else to go. Also her bathroom is disgusting with PEE ON THE FLOOR and the urine sample cups just sprawled everywhere on top of the toilet. Isn’t that in violation of some type of health code? Dr. Arnold is disingenuous and untrustworthy
