Highly recommend Dr Arnold for any Kidney/bladder issues. She has helped both my husband and I over the years and is extremely caring.
I visited Doctor Janice Arnolds’ office for more than six months to seek treatment for my urology problems. After spending a lots of time, many long appointments, for each appointment I had to wait more than half an hour sometimes an hour for my turn, and spending lots of money I did not see any improvement in my condition. I have been going to Dr. Arnold for many years. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. She takes time with you to answer your questions. She is excellent in the field of urology/urology disorders. I trust her and I feel that I am in good hands when I go to her. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

Would not recommend, doesn’t like to challenged with questions and takes it personally. Orders a lot of tests that may be unnecessary. Deals with a lot of older patients who don’t question the “why” of doing things. Very uncomfortable cystoscopy but when done by another doctor total breeze. Something not right in that practice.
Not good, doesn’t like to answer questions and offended if you challenge her. Ordered a lot of tests and unsure if they were needed. Changed doctors as soon as possible. Deals with older patients who don’t question her.
