We are blessed to have met Dr. Chin when my dad was coincidentally diagnossed with a kidney mass which was almost as big as his kidney (Kidney 10cm-Kidney mass 8cm) during a routine ultrasound that was required before placing him on a kidney transplant list. Dr. Arnold Chin is amazing. He’s super knowledgeable and really patient when explaining everything. Before seeing him, we had consulted four other surgeons who all told us the same thing —that my husband's kidney tumor couldn’t be removed without taking out the entire kidney. Dr. Chin is exceptional. He is unlike any other doctor I have met before. He is prompt and always responds to your questions. It is clear he knows what he is doing, and I always felt comfortable and well-informed about how he intended to treat my UPJ. He performed my ureteral reconstruction, and I had members from his team check in on me around the clock when I was hospitalised, and Dr. Chin himself visited me right after the surgery and the morning of my discharge. Dr. Chin saved my daughter's kidney. After being rejected from two other doctors, Dr. Chin not only swiftly scheduled her for surgery, but also spotted an issue missed by all other professionals who reviewed her scans prior to him. He is a kind, selfless man and cares deeply for his patients. I owe all my gratitude to him and his team's hard work.
