AGS is border line rude and his staff has a lot to be desired. He uses an accrual acctg system so check your receipts! If this so called doctor was any good at what he does he wouldn't insist that patients wear the bone growth stimulator (elec.device) 24/7. If he has told you to wear this...STOP and call the mfg immediately!!!! he would actually take the time and fully explain ALL side effects. His staff has repeatedly not returned phone calls and called in the wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy. If you are considering this... read more
careful be very careful not even sure he is a real doctor, many lawsuits not listed and he has killed one man and crippled many just check the courts.
My mother had back surgery. An X stop was put in and some other work was done. Before surgery she had leg pain and back pain. Now it's gone and she is ready to exit rehab. Dr. Graham Smith was very helpful in getting her into a good nursing home and finding follow up care too.
I can't believe this is the same doctor I saw as the person before me. When I went for a consult requested by my PCP, Dr. Graham-Smith was extremely rude, abrasive and belittling. I had been told that his bedside manner left a lot to be desired, but this was way beyond acceptable. When I was leaving (paying at the front desk), I heard him complaining loudly about why in the world I would come to him if I didn't have insurance so that I could have surgery. Dr. Graham-Smith is an amazing doctor, who has gone far above and beyond the call of medical duty to figure out what's wrong with me, through various complications, and fix me. He is morally impeccable in his profession, and perfectionistic about his patients' care.
