Missed chatting with Beth, but Stephanie was friendly and professional. Denise is a treasure! Nice to be greeted by her lovely smile! Always leave my appointments feeling better about my dental hygiene.
I cannot say enough about this entire staff. They are friendly, personable, efficient, patient, and always on time! Best dentist, hygienists, and staff, hands down!!
The wait was short. The hygienist was professional, compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. The hygienist and Dr. Arndt took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I was given a sample of sensitivity toothpaste to try to address my concerns. I was booked right away for my return visit and was out the door in no time. I am very pleased!

Dr. Arndt and his staff are absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable and caring, they make the patient experience very easy and educating. They let you know each step of the process before they do it and make you feel at ease.

In the past...I never enjoyed any trip to the dentist, but when my husband and I moved to N. Ridgeville 10 years ago I knew I needed to find a good dentist, I had a lot of cavities that they didn’t take care of because of bad experiences in the past. Dr. Arndt is wonderful and gentle, never hurt me once, this staff is amazing (also gentle and cater to those of us who fear the dentist) and I can honestly say today I enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned because even if there is a “problem” I have full trust it will be taken car... read more
