Excellent service as usual, would definitely recommend
Love that they use technology for appointment reminders, etc. Everyone in the office seems pleasant. Debbie is very thorough and works with you on your dental health. Dr. Arndt seems to look for the best interest of the patient rather than pushing for unnecessary work and he really listens.
Excellent efficiency - I went on my lunch hour and everything went very timely - no waiting. Very professional and informative. Dr Arndt and the whole staff truly care about their practice and care about you as a patient.
Scott and his staff are technically the best I have experienced and are extremely friendly and welcoming. I recommend giving them a visit.
In our modern world I often find costumer service lacking, but this is not the case for Dr Arndt and his staff. They are great people, offer great service, and truly go out of their way to help. I could not be more pleased!
As always, I experienced a great check up and care on my semi annual visit to the dentist. I used to be extremely nervous about going the dentist but I feel comfortable and at ease. The care and service is outstanding.
I am very very pleased with the visit. Everyone in the office, starting from front desk, Denise, is so nice. See you all in 6 months.
If you are looking to find a great personal or family dentist, I would very highly recommend Dr. Scott Arndt. Dr. Arndt takes the time to get to know you/your family dentil needs. He takes the time to listen... you don't feel like he is "on the clock" to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Dr. Arndt has assembled a staff that is as compassionate as he is and is totally focused on making sure that each patient has an excellent experience each time they visit.
Great team of professionals & Great dental care. Who likes to go to the Dentist?!?!??? Me! That’s who, very caring staff and excellent care all around. All my life I hated going to the dentist until my family moved to N. Ridgeville back in 2008 and we started seeing Dr. Arndt & his staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
