We came here for the first time today. I was so happy with the staff! My dog has some anxiety and gets very nervous at the vet. Dr. Newenham was very sweet with him! I really appreciate the time that they took to make him feel comfortable. It really means a lot to not only get health care for my pet, but to know that they care about him being happy! Thank you!!!

Absolutely great vet! Handles exotics and have used them for my guinea pigs when they had respiratory infections. Always a pleasant experience and always accommodating when scheduling.
Forget this place. Set an appt for my dog for a checkup for 440pm. Made sure they knew 3x he was animal aggressive, they assured me that they would clear waiting room and get him straight into a room to avoid other animals. Showed up there at 3:25pm, called them to let them know i was there, make, color, model of vehicle etc, told me to just bring him in when i see other dogs clearly in the building... said "absolutely not, clear the room". After 35min in the parking lot and 10 calls to this place they tell me to reschedule.... read more
Dr. Ande is truly amazing!! She is loving; caring and compassionate towards our dogs and our birds. The office and staff very helpful and responsive towards us owners. The animals given top notch care! We have a 15 year old Beagle Hank that recently had surgery. We were amazed at how well he did and will bring our Bassett Heidi in soon for teeth cleaning /check up. Thank you!
