RecommendedWe are long time customers and have had a few orders that weren't correct, but didn't complain until today. Not only was my order incorrect, but the wings that they sent out to replace them obviously not fresh and we're super tiny. I wish I could show the pic here so that you know that I'm not exaggerating. Gotta admit, I'm kind of hurt. 😔
I have ordered delivery about 7 times within a month and orders are always accurate,hot & on time even with larger order.Drivers are friendly.My family loves this place!!We have tried pajitias, gyros,wings,burgers & wraps.Everything is delicious!!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, the Hispanic so called manager she has no customer service skills, do not eat here, my food was not right, after I called and told them it was wrong she said we’ll you have to bring the food back. And hung up on me!
For the most part the food was good. ordered the large king Philly combo. fries with cheese. The fries were hot the philly was luke warm. ordered the 15 piece wings half teriyaki half garlic parmesan. No one told me that their wings are already spicy. Can't really stomach spicy food. garlic wings tasted like hot wings with parmesan cheese on it. First time ever trying this place..consumer service is awful, called my order in well over 30 min in advance and still had to wait an extra 10-15 min for order...thats not even the worst of it, I ordered there bbq wings not knwing they come breaded in a spicy seasoning( in which I’m allergic to) called was promised a refund, only to get there and no refund...never again!!!

Terrible service, manager refuses to talk to you when you call to complain. Ordered a open face pizza, normally these fill up the styrofoam tray, when I recieved it (someone else picked it up, multiple lunches for our business) the tray was about half full. Took a pic and would attach if I could. $5.49 for a piece of bread the size of my hand missing half its toppings, no thank you.
Very poor customer service from manager Ashley. Waited an hour for order to be corrected that was delivered. Instead of sending me a new hot sandwich, the manager Ashley sent a container 45 minutes later of tomato and lettuce for my now cold sandwich.
