Awful front desk staff Overall the dentist seem to have good knowledge of the services provided, but most of them do not seem very friendly. I guess because the office is so busy that they just want to get you in and out. The main complaint I have is the amount of time that I have to wait when I take my son in for his appointment. We are always waiting over an 1 1/2 just to be seen and then I'm waiting again when it's his turn to go back to see the dentist. So I'm in that office for over 2 hrs each time we go in.
