The tech was not able to diagnose the problem with my appliance. Basically said he would just have to buy parts (at my expense) until he found the issue. Had it for 4 months until I finally decided to pick it up. He still charged $65 diagnostic fee to tell me it was either of several components...which I already knew. DON'T waste your time or money. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
