My husband and I have been going to Dr. Armstrong’s office for years. Today will be our last visit to her office. I agree with the reviews that Dr. Armstrong is nice and the appointments with her are usually fast and easy. However, the kindness and timeliness does not even come close to making up for the rudeness from her office staff. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and modern. I was pleased by the prompt attention, and the professionalism of the staff. I have been a patient for over 15 years. I will never go anywhere else. I was very comfortable the entire time.
Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Appointments were always handled expeditiously and I rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes. The examinations were never rushed and I had more than enough time to have my questions answered. There have been a number of times where Kelly has seen me on extremely short notice/ Despite having to "squeeze me in", I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend her.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't have to wait too long after I arrived for my appointment.
