Very friendly staff. 5 star customer service! We rented the full autos and had such a good time doing so. Worth every penny.

I'm very pleased with the help and answers to the questions I had when I came in for the first time the other day. Veronica was so helpful and patient with me being somewhat of a gun rookie. It goes such a long way when somebody acknowledges that you're new and is a little patient, because the whole gun experience can be a little nerve racking when you're new to it all. From San Diego Here visiting several Marines I served with. We showed up as a group of 8 and from the beginning Veronica took care of us ensuring we were able to get adjoining lanes. I also met a beautiful Texas lady who was with her young teenage son shooting who joined our party. Your facility is top notch and staff namely Veronica was the best!! I/we will visit again. I really like the Arms Room all of the employees that I have dealt with for instance Veronica was on the front desk when we arrived on 08/24/16 she was so helpful and informative. This was my first time at the store, I had never ever held a gun much less shot one, my husband bought me a Smith and Wesson bodyguard for my birthday.
