Came and was supposed change the well filter. Upon inspection since I wasn’t home charged us $455 for changing out a filter of which I supplied and he did not use. I requested they call me as to why none of the filters I supplied were ere used but we were still charged the hefty bill or $455. I would not use these guys again unless they are willing to actually do the work they charged for and even that is way overpriced for short time he was here.
Jason and Kevin were outstanding! Could not have asked for better service . I highly recommend this company. Wish I could give this company 10 stars. They came out on Monday to try to restart my 20 year old tankless water heater and came today to replace it. They are stars in their field. I finally got a shower and am extremely grateful. Love you guys!
If they perform plumbing jobs like they drive their vehicles, don't use them. I just had one of their box trucks cut me off, tried to run me off the road intentionally, while entering the loop/by-pass. Blowing the horn repeatedly didn't matter. After getting around the truck on the loop, they had the nerve to laugh, as if running me off the road was funny. Not funny truck EBB---550!! I care way more about my truck than you do your job or your owners equipment.
I'm not happy with the wiring that was done and left outside of the breaker box. 3 trips over $1000 in charges and still no water
