We had Chris and his crew do some serious work to my house. My wife and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. The communication was great and the job was completed well. We recommend Armour when we can so other Valpo residents do not get "taken" by an out of town company that does not care about their reputation. Owner Chris lives in Valpo and takes responsibility for every aspect of his business.
After contacting a different company & not having a good experience at all, we contacted Armour Construction. Ted Henderson (Sales Representative) is excellent. He explained the process. Answered our questions. We felt so much more at ease. He is very professional. The crew that did the roof today was phenomenal. It was so hot today but they only took a break for lunch. They worked very hard! Our yard was spotless when they left (no nails or debris). We would highly recommend this company!!!!
We called Armour (and other agencies) to look at some hail damage on our roof. Jim Dietz arrived and was incredibly thorough and professional. We chose them initially because of the time they spent to give us just a quote and so glad we stayed with them. He helped guide us through our claims process, met their assessor at our property (after 2 reschedules) and had our roof done a week after approval. Had my roof reshingled yesterday, a hot day. Am very impressed with the work done and the clean up was fantastic. James Bannister and Dan Villasenor are very professional and easy to work with. Thank you Armour!!!
We chose them off of a referral and I hope you'll consider them for a roof or home exterior work. Our insurance was a disaster to work with (AM Fam), required several calls and inspections to get the claim put through. Dan was there for each of the inspections, followed up with our insurance to make life easier, put together a quote that was approved and his guys were in and out in a day. All in all - we were very pleased with the exceptional level of service and work!
Dan came to look at my roof the next day after calling. He helped me with all my questions and also talked to my insurance to make sure everything was getting billed correctly for me and I was getting the right amount of money for the job! Great company to have come out to fix any of your problems! I highly recommend Armour Construction for your next project.
Dan and Armour Construction were immediate with their response to our voicemail. They understood exactly what we wanted to have done and did not try to sell us on things we didn’t really need. Their services were extremely prompt and any unforeseen issues with our project were communicated clearly and quickly and also taken care of. Great company, great customer service, great people!
Dan & his crew replaced our roof due to the hail we had earlier this year and it turned out great! Very professional & helpful throughout the whole insurance process and afterwards cleaned up entirely! I would defiantly recommend them. Our roof looks perfect!
