The landlord of this place, Jamie, is unfortunately very rude and unprofessional. Based on my experience, even if you are paying her rent or a short term rental fee, she expects you to cater to her more than she caters to you. Her dialogue was very self driven, particularly with the COVID situation going on. There was a long list of items/demands required to keep her and her family safe, yet she never once expressed concern for my safety and well being. This hurts when you are the paying customer. What a unique concept! You hardly realize you are in Bowling Green! Great location and awesome floor plan!
Great Apartments and Great Landlord/Owners to work with -- I lived in the Armory for 2 years until work took me out of Bowling Green to Nashville. Safe, Clean, New Appliances, Washer/Dryer Included and much-less expensive than Nashville ha! Downtown, located right beside Mellow Mushroom and walking distance to other nightlife locations such as Tidball's and great coffee at Spencer's!
The Armory Lofts are a great place to call home. While I was still living in Texas, I looked at the "under construction" photos online and then called David to ask when I could move in. He was great to deal with and when I got to Bowling Green in August of 2013, the lofts were even more impressive in person. David does a great job making sure everything is just right and responds to every need in a quick, friendly manner. I moved into the Armory Lofts in September and will unfortunately be moving out in January due to a job opportunity outside of Bowling Green. The Lofts themselves are an amazing property, but what puts them over the top is the individual attention and care that David provides as a landlord. He makes himself readily available and quickly follows up on even minor issues, and also goes out of his way to make you aware of potential issues to solve problems before they happen.
