I had a great experience with Joe. I recently bought a new home. After closing I discovered the roof was leaking. The roof which is only 5 years old was installed incorrectly. The company who installed the roof is now out of business. I called several roofing contractor to get estimates to repair the roof. The estimates were all over the place. Worked with Dave on my roof, he explained the entire process thoroughly and when they pulled up the shingles they found a few bad pieces of decking that needed replaced. He provided me with pictures and even called to get approval and explain the process on that end.

The work they did was fine the owner Dan is where my complaint is. He didn’t ask permission to add more charges to the work being done. He said the underlying wood under the shingles needed replaced which I was sure it was need anyway. Instead of asking to make sure I was ok with it I wasn’t informed of them replacing it until they had already torn out the old and had the new wood delivered and he said that’ll be an extra $55 per piece. Called on a Thursday and left message, they called me the next day and told me they would come out Monday or Tuesday. It's been a week and a half and haven't heard a word from them. Not very good customer service experience.
