They don't take appointments except for surgeries, and there is a definite trade-off between the flexibility to show up any day you want and having to be there sometimes for over two hours. That said, in my experience I have found it extremely difficult to find any other vet in the area I could trust more with the health of my beloved but chronically broken cat. The techs are all wonderful and I particularly recommend Dr. Michael Silkey, who has proven to be so consistently right it is almost scary.
With no appointment, I walked in with my 2 pups and was in the exam room 10 minutes later. I love Dr. Bev!!! She spent close to an hour with me and my boys...explaining each procedure...and I appreciated her openness and honesty vs. telling me what I "wanted" to hear. She personally scheduled my follow up...and even treated the boys to a chicken dinner while they were getting their shots!!! Did such a great job with my new baby Reno. Really liked the ladies up front, the Vet Assistant and Dr. Bruce was awesome. Very happy in choosing them as my little mans Vet.
Great people and staff DR. Adams is amazing after the care that they gave my best friend today I would never go any where but here for my animals treatment and Would recommend them to everyone also Ms. Terrie and the front desk was awesome some of the nicest and most caring people I have met since moving to Virginia in 2005.... Thank you all so much for everything you have done so far.....
Love this veterinary group. They take such good care of Buster and treat us as if we were a part of the family. I would recommend this veterinarian to my family ,friends and coworkers!!
