very friendly staff and appreciative of customers – I just moved to the charlotte area from michigan and needed my haircut . This is a very friendly salon and very good to their clients clean on time and I loved my hair my stylist Alli was professional and did a great job .They listen to their clients very satisfied and I will be a repeat customer .

Great Salon! – Love this salon! My experience was outstanding. Shannon colored and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. She is very good at what she does. Everyone in the salon was nice and very talented. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants to walk out of the salon looking your best! Thanks Shannon!!!

Great Salon – I recently moved to Charlotte and needed to find a good hair salon. Some one in my neighborhood recommended another salon in the area. I ended up having a terrible experience where the hair color product burned my hair. I further inquired about a good salon and was thankfully directed to Armis. Armis was so helpful in dealing with my problem and the rest is history! It is almost a year and I love my hair. The color is the best I have ever had and the cut is great. I highly recommend the salon to anyone.

So Happy I Stopped In!! – I was out running errands and walked by the salon and decided to ask if they took walk-ins. The staff was very friendly and the owner, Armis, was happy to work me in with her other clients. I never felt rushed or slighted, I felt welcomed and was attended to with a professional and courteous manner. Armis spent time with me to ask me what I was looking for in a cut and gave me suggestions on how to achieve my look. I love the haircut and loved the salon. Great salon ! – Just got a great cut and color by Armis.My hair needed major help.She had to change the base color and then add highlights.It looks amazing!!! Also did a beautiful cut.I look 10 years younger.

Charlotte's fabulous salon – Armis, the owner of the salon, is upbeat, flexible and offers you wonderful ideas to bring out the best in you...The service is excellent and the salon has a pleasant atmosphere!!! I had the Keratin treatment by Coppola done not long ago and I am absolutely happy with the results....then Armis walked me through weaning myself away from my gray hair to a beautiful crown of chocolate hair with highlights!!! Armis you are fantastic!!!

Best Salon – Always on time! Always upbeat! Always fun! And the quality of their care ids fantastic! Amazing how that works when you actually own the business as opposed to a franchised corporation. Fantastic team led by Armis herself!!!!

Armis Salon & Spa -- Great! – I stopped in today to get my eyebrows waxed after lunch. Despite my not having an appt, the owner squeezed me in. I signed on for a standard eyebrow wax. She took the time to ask questions and find out exactly what i was looking for. She did the wax and tweezing which was fine. She wanted them to be perfect so she did some threading as well (very cool). My brows came out great. The extra attention she took to make them look the best possible was greatly appreciated. Nothing like a great massage to end the day! – Mary was a fantastic masseuse. Right from the start, she assessed my massage "experience" (not so much) and we talked about any sore muscles or problem areas where she should focus or avoid. Mary told me about the different options, and we decided together what I needed. She told me how it would work, and gave me plenty of time on my own to get comfortable.
