I am writing to update a previous negative review. Since my abysmal recent review, Armeny Property Inc. has made an effort to communicate with and help resolve my issues. My initial poor first impression has changed.
Very incompetent. There was a leak in a unit that they run. Notified in November and now in April when water literally runs out of the ceiling fan and wall and ceiling are ruined still not fixed. Like to pass the buck and blame the board but lots of excuses and no answers or fixes. I would not hire them to run my property unless you want easy fixes to big problems.
