Armen and his staff were very understanding and explained each procedure very clearly. The cavities that I did have were filled with surprisingly little pain and I couldn't even tell you where they are now. It just feels like my teeth. What he has done to straighten my teeth with braces is far beyond what I ever thought was possible. People used to think I was missing a tooth because it was so out of alignment it was hard to see. I have been going to Dr Armen Kupelian for years now and have been very happy with everyone there. Great customer service, flexible hours and I am very pleased with the work I have had done.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Kupalian. He and staff were very knowledgeable and eased my fears by letting me know what they were doing when they were doing it. He is very nice. The only part I was bummed about was the 2300 dollar out-of-pocket expense I had to pay for. But that s my fault for waiting so long to come in. I will come back.
Everyone in his office is really nice and caring.. After my surgery they followed up with a call too see if I was doing ok and if I needed antibiotics and or pain meds. If I had any pain dring the surgery he took care of it right away. Dr. K. is very gental and makes sure you are doing well before he continues. Thanks for being a wonderful dentist
The staffs were so nice & friendly and they were very nice to my son. They even give him a free toothbrush and we thought that was so nice!
Awesome i have found a Dentist that opened on Saturday!! I LOVE IT! now i don't have to woorry about taking time off just to go to the Dentist. and all the staffs are so nice & friendly! on my first visit i was very terrified, but Dr. Kupelian took the time and explained everything to me and i feel very comfortable and also i think the office are decorated ver nicely & i absolutely love all the palm tree.
They are very friendly and cheerful. I give them very high marks.
