One of this company’s drivers nearly caused a collision today during a lane merge. We were already ahead and established in the merging lane when the van continued forward into our space, forcing us to swerve into the breakdown lane to avoid being struck. I hope the company identifies the driver and addresses this before someone is injured.
After many years as a customer, I was disappointed by my recent experience. I requested a deep cleaning of my four-year-old mini-split system. The technicians were professional and told me a deep cleaning was not necessary. On the indoor units, they only washed the reusable blue filters, something I routinely do myself in minutes. These guys really know what they’re doing . They probably been mechanics their whole lives. Super friendly and good prices too. I bring all of my vehicles here to get serviced and inspection stickers. Anything that the trucks need I always bring it here.
After getting the runaround for 2 months, they finally show up to service my HVAC system. Upon arrival, the technician then refuses to do the work claiming he can't park his truck next to the building. Despite protestations by myself and our property manager that its fine to park there, he refuses and drives off in a huff. Clearly they did not want to do the work. Very unprofessional so I would be wary to employ them in any fashion, be careful
I have received deliveries and service from Roberto Fuel/Arlmont Fuel several times over the years and they have been very attentive and helpful. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Great team of people and leasdership. I would highly recommend them for heating fuel delivery and heating system repairs.
