I’ve been with this company for 22 years. One day, my oil burner stopped working. I called the company, and they sent F.. After 2 hours of working on the burner, he declared it fixed. The “fix” lasted about 5 hours, and the same problem with the same symptoms returned. The following morning, they sent a different tech, J.. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes (a simple photosensor replacement). This time, the problem was fixed properly. However, a $700 repair bill (the price of a brand-new burner) surprised me.
