It's Very quiet which is nice but I was informed when I moved in 3 yrs ago, the really old appliances would be replaced as needed. Well that's not the case.My dishwasher is antiquated, ruining my dishes kitchen needs updated,cabinets peeling, warped & need replaced. Many people are moving out, it's not as it should be. Rent is $750 for 2 bedroom can get the same elsewhere plus a pool and nicer. 😕
