I have lived here since 2018, and I do not recommend it. It was one of the cheapest options when I moved in that also had availabilities within my timeframe, and the only reason I haven't moved out yet is because I've had financial issues finding anything else nearby, but this past year has been the final straw. They lost my lease 2 times and both times asked me to sign a new one. RecommendedI have been here for three years now and the two biggest things I was looking for when I was looking for a place were affordability and allowing pets. This place fits that mold! There are a lot of places to choose from in the area, but for the price this place is nice. I first lived in a 2 bedroom and now I’m in a 3 bedroom. The 3 bedrooms have a washer/dryer hookup which is really nice and even if you’re in a smaller apartment they have a laundry room on site. RecommendedI have lived here for four years. Management is great and responds to problems in a timely manner. The apartments provide good natural lighting. The hallway, parking lot, and landscaping are clean. I usually cook and the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave always work well. The carpeting in this apartment is adequate. Holly this is Mr. Sink My entire day has been pure hell because of Ryan and his kids. After you left he had his kids and allot more started yelling and screaming. and he intends to do it all weekend long, because you are gone for the weekend. Please Help.
my mother has lived here over 30 years she's has long since retired and the covid 19 virus has pretty much wiped out her part time job she's now 73 years old and moving in with me but Springhill apts has now decided to fault my mother for not giving notice and giving her an eviction notice , I know the rules but really??? 73 years old and 30 year resident and you can't just respect she can't do it anymore instead of trying to screw her on the way out?
There management is harassing tenants during Covid 19 when the world is at a stand still and no one is working. Going to turn them into the our State Rep. and attorney general this is crap
