Do not use. On top of the fact that they violated the Consumer Fair Debt Collections Act by speaking with a 3rd party regarding my debt without my consent, they also did not notify me (in writing or in any other manner) that my contents were to be sold (which is required by Tennessee state law). I found out ONLY because I happened to call to get a balance amount and was told my possessions were to be sold in 5 days unless I remitted past balance in full (which I thought had already been paid due to a misunderstanding). Very helpful. The owner was a pleasure to speak with. The rates are great. Also the manager lives on site w/24 hour security. I would highly recommend.
